Allergic Reaction
A food allergy results in the bodies immune system attacking an item of food that it mistakes for an invader. Symptoms vary from person to person, but often result in tingling around the lips and on the tongue, swelling in the mouth and nose, trouble breathing and nausea. In severe cases this can lead to anaphylaxis, where the bodies pulse rate increases, breathing becomes more difficult and nausea and diarrhoea can be accompanied by unconsciousness. The most common allergens are peanuts, shell fish and celery but any food can result in an allergy. These allergies are linked closely with chronic conditions such as asthma, eczema and hay fever. The allergen can often be discovered using a skin prick test at your local GP surgery, introducing a small amount of the allergen to the body. Though food allergies are not curable, eliminating the food from ones diet should prevent symptoms from developing and an adrenaline injector pen can be carried for use in emergencies.

i have very red sore eyes, they can get so bad its hard to keep them open, i work nights so have put it down to that but just need to know if it could be anything else
After a shower well when I come into contact with hot water I come out in red blotches and it is really sore and itchy
My lower legs are very itchy, they are now all scared and cut. I have tryed everything from creams to tablets. It tends to get worse after shaving, but then will improve as the time lengthens since the last time I shaved, I tend to swim on a weekly basis so shave once a week. At the dentist ect I have to have nitrile gloves otherwise I get bad mouth ulsers. Could this be related to my itching?
I've had spots on my chin since i was 16.I'm now 43 and the spots are worse then ever! They used to come a week before my period, but now i seem to have them all the time.I've tried lots of treatments,(from doctors ,inc Chinese doctors) but they all seem to work for 3-6 months only. Could i have an intolerance to something ? They seem to get worse when i eat certain breads & biscuits. I've also been told by a health shop assistant that they are caused by liver toxins ? ( I don't drink)please help !
