Erectile Dysfunction
As any glance at your email spam filter will tell you, erectile dysfunction is big business (as is money laundering for deposed Nigerian Princes). A common complaint that will affect many men in their lives, it can be just a one-off occurrence, but for some the problem is long-term. Although you may have a normal sex drive, sufferers fail to achieve or maintain an erection of the penis to enable sex to take place. This can be embarrassing for both you and your partner, leading to plaintive mutterings of ‘but I really do want to do it’. Stress, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking and other conditions such as Peyronie’s disease or a tight foreskin may all be contributing causes, but treatments are available – not through your email inbox – but instead through your GP.

I have a problem to getting an erection. I don't have erectile dysfunction because I can get one. When I'm with my partner nothing can get it up. If I do, its not a full one and it goes down quickly. I also get pains in the bladder area at the end of trying to do stuff. It's been going on for a couple of months now and I was fine with getting one with my partner before but it's ruining my sex life. Please help me diagnose what I have, and if it can be cured. Thanks

My boyfriend has trouble staying up, but only when he has a condom. We have non penatrative sex at the moment but we want to have SAFE full penatrative sex but as soon as he puts on a condom he goes soft. We think its because he has a long and thick forskin. What can we do?
Hi I am 26 wen I have sex it's is over with in a 1min and wen I cum its a bit lumpy plz help me ?
Hi alex, My boyfriend was just the same. But we manage to change it. My advice is to be in a committed relationship. This way you can get to know someone and you can work throw it together. More helpful tips. Try to cum during fore play before sex if you've got the time, its worth it, it last a lot longer the second time round. Also change position when you have 'the urge' this will give you time to cool off. You can always try stopping during sex and try pleasuring your partner in a different way this again will give you more time. A sceptical solution is to try is holding around the base of the shaft tightly when you feel you may cum. This has worked but I think it just acted as a distraction. I found gradually the more more we 'practised' trying to make it last longer the better it got. As for your cum being that consistency it is probably nothing to worry about, everyone is different but if your worried get it checked out. Sorry if I didn't help.
Bout half way through sex i have a problem with keeping an erection i smoke and do have some stress could this be the course of it or do i see my local gp best adive.
Hi when I get an erection my penis isn't straight it is bent and faces up will this be a long term thing or can this be sorted.
My boyfriend recently had a fling, we have got back together but now finds it hard to keep an erection for long. We both want to have sex, but I'm thinking his past is catching up with him and is feeling guilty...We are now both getting anxious whenever he wants to try. Can see this escalating if don't sort this problem out soon. Would be grateful for any advice at all
Can you please tell me if omeprazole tablets can give you ED,I hame 49 years of age and I have been on these tablets for 5 or 6 years now, my problem seems to have started not long after,I can get an erection at a push but haveing sex doesn't last long without tablets.
One of the biggest causes of ED is the effect of excessive masturbation to porn on the brains dopamine receptors - the ease at which we can obtain porn on today's high speed broadband connections and the fact you can get ever more increasingly graphic material numbs your brains pleasure response. Before you dismiss it just check out www.yourbrainonporn.com. You might just be glad you did. If you're having ED problems, and you're relatively young, ask yourself - am I maybe masturbating to too much porn?
is this really true?
