Flat Chest

Whilst Keira Knightly manages to ‘work it’, a flat chest isn’t for everyone but Morrissey got it right – ‘Some girls ARE bigger than others’ and understandably this can get some women down. Flat chests are caused by a notable lack of breast tissue. It’s not really a health issue and women should be fine to breast feed despite it. There is no “cause” as such in fact there’s an obvious comparison with men who worry over the size of their genitalia. A flat chest is completely normal and fairly common. However, for all the talking cures in the world (sorry Sigmund) for some women only breast enlargement surgery will ease their anxiety – but remember, going under the knife should really be a last resort. Try forgetting the negatives and think about the fact that you’ll never have to deal with the much feared sagging that comes with old age and you’ll never experience the agonising back ache that goes hand in hand with a large chest. Furthermore padded bras and make up can work wonders in creating the illusion of larger breasts without the need to go under the knife.

Hi I have just read everyones comments and feel abit relieved I am not the only one who suffers with a flat chest. I am 23yrs old and mother of 2 children, age 3 and 1. Being flat chested never bothered me as much before I had kids but I breast fed with both babies and basically my boobs have shrunk LOADS they are horrid. I am naturally very skinny and since having kids ive lost weight. I am a 28 B which is stupid and they dont sell padded bras in this size or push ups. when pregnant i went up to a 28D so Ive still been wearing these bras and filling them with gel fillets! My partner of 8years doesnt see it as a problem but it really affects my confidence as I look younger than I am due to being so petite and small. I sometimes see him looking at other girls with bigger boobs especially on holiday and feel so envious that I don't have anything. Confidence is a big issue for most girls and it affects us lots. I try and look on the positive side of things but still gets me down. I've tried 3 different Breast Enhancement Pills which never worked and Im on the contreceptive pill which never made me gain in anyway. Im thinking of Macrolane boob injections but they are NOT permanant and very expsensive! It's a No win but would be greatful for anyones advice or wise words.

Hi, I'm 16 years old and barely a 30A Cup and it gets me down sometimes and I hate looking in the mirror...I've heard that there's natural ways to bust your bust but I don't know whether to believe it does or not. I feel sorry for my boyfriend and I feel like I'm going to lose him because of this. The thought of surgery kinda makes me cringe because I want to be completely natural and in some cases, fake breasts look weird. Someone help?

Oh, girls are always a bit reluctant to accept being liked - perhaps because it is so important - and that goes for girls with big breasts too. You can safely believe that your friend means what he says. "We" love our girlfriends' breasts because of what they express: that which is different about you, and because of the sensitivity and beauty. How will you know if that is true or not? yeah, that's the trick: a little courage to go along with it is needed. But then you will really know, because it will feel so right. If you give yourself, you will not be a disappointment. On the contrary ;o)

hi im 20 and have small boobs and no cleavage and it really upsets me and really dont no what to do i hate my body and the way i look i look at my friends and they have purfect boobs and it really gets me down can you help??

I'm 17 and I'm a 32AA most of my friends are smaller than me so I dont think thats the problem. Most of my friends are much younger than me and they are all C's and above. Does anyone know any tricks to make them grow a little bit faster?

I'm 19-years-old and still very flat, 34A. I hate it so much, I feel sorry for my boyfriend. All my family are at least a C or higher, I feel like a child, all my family tells me just to be happy with who I am, yeah! Easy for you to say! You all have something to be happy with, but I don't. I've hated it since I was 14, still nothing came! I want bigger breast, but I don't want to get painful exspensive surgery. I hate it more than anything, I can't wear any of my favorite clothes, I can't look good in anything I wear. My boyfriend doesn't mind it at all, but what could he do with them?!

I would love to have big breast like all of my other friends but I would prefer to have big than small!

b cup and c cup are fine what are you complaining about!?! and being flat chested under 16 years old is normal! stop worrying. I'm 19 next month and 36AA! I've never found a bra that fits comfortably and I have to wear vests under any slightly baggy top otherwise my bra ends up on show. I would probably get a boob job but I have no idea about cost, how to go about it or how safe it actually is.
