Flat Chest
Whilst Keira Knightly manages to ‘work it’, a flat chest isn’t for everyone but Morrissey got it right – ‘Some girls ARE bigger than others’ and understandably this can get some women down. Flat chests are caused by a notable lack of breast tissue. It’s not really a health issue and women should be fine to breast feed despite it. There is no “cause” as such in fact there’s an obvious comparison with men who worry over the size of their genitalia. A flat chest is completely normal and fairly common. However, for all the talking cures in the world (sorry Sigmund) for some women only breast enlargement surgery will ease their anxiety – but remember, going under the knife should really be a last resort. Try forgetting the negatives and think about the fact that you’ll never have to deal with the much feared sagging that comes with old age and you’ll never experience the agonising back ache that goes hand in hand with a large chest. Furthermore padded bras and make up can work wonders in creating the illusion of larger breasts without the need to go under the knife.

I am 34 and have very small breasts, im a medium build have 3 chldren, but my chest is getting smaller, i hate it and would love them to be at least a nice b cup, i dont want huge ones but just enough to make me feel feminine and not a young girl just developing....
Hi I have just read everyones comments and feel abit relieved I am not the only one who suffers with a flat chest. I am 23yrs old and mother of 2 children, age 3 and 1. Being flat chested never bothered me as much before I had kids but I breast fed with both babies and basically my boobs have shrunk LOADS they are horrid. I am naturally very skinny and since having kids ive lost weight. I am a 28 B which is stupid and they dont sell padded bras in this size or push ups. when pregnant i went up to a 28D so Ive still been wearing these bras and filling them with gel fillets! My partner of 8years doesnt see it as a problem but it really affects my confidence as I look younger than I am due to being so petite and small. I sometimes see him looking at other girls with bigger boobs especially on holiday and feel so envious that I don't have anything. Confidence is a big issue for most girls and it affects us lots. I try and look on the positive side of things but still gets me down. I've tried 3 different Breast Enhancement Pills which never worked and Im on the contreceptive pill which never made me gain in anyway. Im thinking of Macrolane boob injections but they are NOT permanant and very expsensive! It's a No win but would be greatful for anyones advice or wise words.

Hi, I'm 16 years old and barely a 30A Cup and it gets me down sometimes and I hate looking in the mirror...I've heard that there's natural ways to bust your bust but I don't know whether to believe it does or not. I feel sorry for my boyfriend and I feel like I'm going to lose him because of this. The thought of surgery kinda makes me cringe because I want to be completely natural and in some cases, fake breasts look weird. Someone help?
Oh, girls are always a bit reluctant to accept being liked - perhaps because it is so important - and that goes for girls with big breasts too. You can safely believe that your friend means what he says. "We" love our girlfriends' breasts because of what they express: that which is different about you, and because of the sensitivity and beauty. How will you know if that is true or not? yeah, that's the trick: a little courage to go along with it is needed. But then you will really know, because it will feel so right. If you give yourself, you will not be a disappointment. On the contrary ;o)
hi im 20 and have small boobs and no cleavage and it really upsets me and really dont no what to do i hate my body and the way i look i look at my friends and they have purfect boobs and it really gets me down can you help??
I'm 17 and I'm a 32AA most of my friends are smaller than me so I dont think thats the problem. Most of my friends are much younger than me and they are all C's and above. Does anyone know any tricks to make them grow a little bit faster?
I'm 19-years-old and still very flat, 34A. I hate it so much, I feel sorry for my boyfriend. All my family are at least a C or higher, I feel like a child, all my family tells me just to be happy with who I am, yeah! Easy for you to say! You all have something to be happy with, but I don't. I've hated it since I was 14, still nothing came! I want bigger breast, but I don't want to get painful exspensive surgery. I hate it more than anything, I can't wear any of my favorite clothes, I can't look good in anything I wear. My boyfriend doesn't mind it at all, but what could he do with them?!
well im 20 im probs the same size maybe smaller its nothing to worry about your still growing limit growth for women is 26 so as you get older they will change shape! when i was 13 i grew but im still small im An A probably not even an A im very small yet ym sister is younger and she has size D boobs everyone is different it takes time i no its hard to wait around but thats life just enjoy your youth and in time it will change get some push up bras or something go to new look primark or peacocks are quite good do them for 6 quid
Im 23 always been small chested all my life. all my family are big chested and friends.i buy bigger bras 36bs to feel more confident more like a Acup the padded bras just make me feel flatter and uncomfy as they dont fill the bras to size. also hate looking at them in mirror feel like a boy. tops dont fit properly and limits wot i wud like to buy. and wearing strapless dresses is a no go makes me feel less of a woman and other is confidence has droped buying expensive push up bras helps living wiv small chest when out my own home but it dont feel real and its uncomfy and like living a lie.im mother of 2year old and its stoppin me doin fings i wish for her to experience such as swimming which she would love. just wanna feel like a mom and a woman and find it easy to buy cloths that fit me and find a dresses that feels comfy and fits without alterations.... if i find confidence to see my doctor wot cud they do to help?? i dont want depression tablets or get turned away with no help. im 23 and not happy with my chest.
I'm nineteen yrs old and am not even AA, well maybe I am on my right breast but thats about it. Really gets me down sometimes as my friends are all C cup plus. Thinking about boob job but cant afford... tried going on the pill etc nothing works. Feel like a child. Tried going to doctors they just put me on the pill - twice - nothing worked just put weight on everywhere else. think i lack breast tissue??
I'm 16 and i'm a 32EE trust me its really not all that great. I get back pains often and i get really self concious when doing any kind of sport. I would love to be a C cup or smaller, just embrace your natural body and be happy with how you are.
I would love to have big breast like all of my other friends but I would prefer to have big than small!
b cup and c cup are fine what are you complaining about!?! and being flat chested under 16 years old is normal! stop worrying. I'm 19 next month and 36AA! I've never found a bra that fits comfortably and I have to wear vests under any slightly baggy top otherwise my bra ends up on show. I would probably get a boob job but I have no idea about cost, how to go about it or how safe it actually is.
