Priapism
Most men probably think that the ability to sustain an erection for several hours is a cause for celebration. In fact, many would perhaps demand that a statue be ‘erected’ in their honour to mark such a feat of super-virility. However, men everywhere should be careful what they wish for, because an erection that simply won’t quit is more commonly known as a priapism. This can be very painful and occurs when the blood in the penis is trapped and unable to return to the circulation (it isn’t necessarily related to sexual stimulation or desire). The medical name for this condition is derived from a Greek god of fertility called Priapus, who was renowned for his sizeable and constantly engorged erect penis. However, even the Gods won’t be able to help you if you don’t get this condition treated, because failure to do so can lead to scarring and permanent impotence.

This is a warning to any man who experiences a priapism. DON'T hesitate to seek emergency medical attention. I recently awoke at 7:00 a.m. with a very firm erection which persisted for several hours. The reason is still unknown. I kept thinking it would eventually subside and I finally went to the emergency room that evening, some 14 hours later. The doctor had to use needles to take out the blood. Since then, I have not been able to have a normal erection. Something was obviously damaged. I have even tried Levitra, which results in only a partial and unsatisfactory response. My biggest regret is that I didn't get help sooner. This is serious.

some of the answer is right but i cant get erection and penis will not allow blood to circulate tried viagra etc no good no interest in sexual habits
