Sagging Breasts
For many years women have believed that breast-feeding their ‘bundle of joy’ has cruelly robbed them of their once buoyant breasts. One second they’re there – in all their full, gravity-defying glory – and then after much suckling and several disarming toothless smiles, they’re gone! However, myth-busting US scientists have revealed that, while ageing, smoking, and getting pregnant in the first place, can lead to sagging breasts (or breast ptosis), nine months of breastfeeding a baby will not add to the droop. Smoking breaks down a protein in the skin called elastin, which makes skin look young and supports the breast, and pregnancy has negative effects that increase with each child. Even jogging or exercising without a proper sports bra can lead to sagging, with the uncontrolled movement of the breasts straining fragile tissues and ligaments. But whatever the reason for the things heading south, operations such as a mastopexy (breast uplift) can put some bounce back in your life – but always seek advice from your GP.

hi, im 18 and i have fairly large breasts, ive always been concious about the size of them, but i have recently noticed that they are quite saggy and my nipples are really pale. is this something to worry about?
Hi. Im a 36 year old male with a constant skin condition that persists no matter what. I have tried all the creams, lotions, pills and therapies and have ended up back at square one. I keep a healthy diet, water and exercise but the damn problem keeps erupting. Its mostly worst on my chest back and neck, with outbreaks at times on my face, arms and legs. My confidence is shot and as a single guy, haven't the guts to look at a girl never mind chat or ask her out. Most of the time, my poor skin would be covered but i know the problem is there and that frustrates me. Its usually red spots, some which erupt with pus, with others black and white heads. Please help me make 2012 the year, my skin problem can finally be sorted for good. Yours sincerly, Down The Dumps.
Hey well I am 17 and just under 11 stone and I am a bra size of 32 gg! I guess we just need to accept the pro's and con's of our assets! Don't be worried that they are not "perky" just me proud that you are blessed with big boobs! loosing weight may decrease you bra size but might just lead to further "sagging". No wonder your boyfriend loves your boobs! XD p.s. I am planning to get a breast reduction when I am older, like one I have had kids and stuff so when I am in my 30s cos by that time my boobs will be ridiculous! ( my mum was a cup size c when she was my age and now she is a g cup....) hope this helped a little (:
I'm 16 and have size 36 GG breasts, I'm a little overweight and know that I'm big for my age. I'm really embrasses that my breasts are saggy and horrible, my boyfriend says he love them but i don't, is there anything I can do?
I'm 21, I have a 2yo son who I breastfed. Before him I was a b cup and whilst pregnant I was a d. I have huge stretchmarks and saggy breasts, I don't seem to have very much fat either I can feel my ribs through my breasts. My partner doesn't mind them but I hate them, bra's don't fit me properly and if I wear a push up bra I have flabby skin that rolls up and over the cup. Is there any natural ways to get them back to normal? I am only 47kg i've been told putting weight on will but i've always had problems putting weight on.
Hi I'm 15 and my breasts are really saggy and my nipple is never sticking out its just smooth surface, what should I do? It makes me very paranoid and I'm embarrassed to show my breasts to anyone.

Hi i am 15 and 1 off my breasts are lower and bigger then the other i would love to go up a few cup sizes but i dont like the way they look :(
Hi there! If theres 1 bit of advice i would give its DON'T EVER HAVE SURGERY ON YOUR BOOBS!!! A friend did last year and DEEPLY REGRETS it. I am 29 and i too have silly saggy boobs, but i also have a great supportive boyfriend who taught me to accept myself as i am - AND THATS WHAT EVERY GIRL ON HERE NEEDS! Yes, there are still times when i look at me naked in the mirror and don't know whether to laugh or cry! And yes, i still feel a bit silly when i'm with my boyfriend, lying on my back and i have to stop my silly boobs from rolling into my armpits! But these are MY issues - so my advice girls is LOVE YOURSELF AS YOU ARE!!! Chances are your fella always has.
I completely agree with Gemma, surgery should be avoided. I too have a friend who had 'em "done". Although she is happy with the way they look, one of them feels very 'tight' (her words) and it is driving her mad. She has been back to the surgeon many times but to no avail. Makes you wonder how many women out there are suffering in silence... Is it worth it?
I have implants and my breasts look like pancakes
