Third Nipple

A third nipple

A third nipple didn’t prevent Francisco Scaramanga from becoming the world’s top-paid assassin in the Bond movie ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’…and why should it? After all, it’s not as uncommon as you may think. Around 1 in 18 people in the UK may have a third or ‘supernumerary nipple’ and the only real problem may be the social stigma attached to them. They’re often mistaken for moles, as they are not properly formed like normal nipples and can usually be found on an imaginary ‘milk line’ between the armpit and inner thigh. If you feel uncomfortable about yours, it’s probably best to speak to your GP to determine whether surgery is needed. However, Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg has decided against going under the knife to remove his extra teat, because he’s grown to love it. And to put all the rumours to bed about her third nipple, Lily Allen proudly flashed hers whilst hosting the Friday Night Project!

I'm 15 and I have been aware of my third nipple for 4 years, and I am worried about how big it will get. I haven't told anyone about this, and I am really uncomfortable about my body, and I hope to have it removed without anyone ever knowing about it.

I got mines removed a few months ago, I recomend it highly. No pain at all and I felt instantly more confident :D

hi, to be honest i dont realy know how long ive had it for, i have a birthmark/ mole on my boob, whitch realy makes me feel sad about it, all my family know whitch is ok as they think its fine. But not many other people know about.
im 16 and bin 2 the doctors and they have told me not to get it taken out untill i have stopped developing, i find it hard to wear low tops, bikinis and other stuff, to be honest i would rather it be gone. does eneyone know how big the scar could be !!?? x

haha. This is really funny I have always had what i thought a " birth mark" under my right breast. I was looking at peircing websites and noticed that there were third nipple peircings what guess what.. that birthmark is a third nipple. I'm sporting a rockin third nipple and i didn't even know it!

I'm 13 and i've had a 3rd nipple my whole life: under my left breast. Everytime i get changed at PE everyone notices it so i just tell them its a birthmark. I don't want to go to my GP cause thats embarrassing! Also i dont have big breasts so you can see it very good!

im 17 and iv got two extra nipples iv known about them my entire life as my mom told me what it was first time i asked but they have never bothered me and they are part of me and id never want to have them removed so id like to say to all you girls who feel about about yours: dont feel bad because its really common and you are most likely to be the only one noticing.

I'm 28 and I have a third nipple. When I was a teenager, I absolutely hated it! I would pretend it was a mole as this made me feel better about it. But since then I've grown to accept it – it's part of who I am. My boyf doesn't mind it and we joke about it. I went on holiday some years ago and I wore a bikini and to be honest, I forgot it was there! :-)

i am 16 and have a therd nipple i hate and have tried to remove twice myself today i went to the doctors and she said she will remove it for me but im realy scard of nidals and i dont no what the scar will look like does anyone know wat the scar looks like is it neat or realy noticable ???

i have a spot under my armpit and i think its a third nipple i dont like the look of it i want to get it removed. but am pregrant. an am due in 7weeks.. can i do anything after the baby born..and does it cost to get it removed?

i'm 17 and have just had 2 third niples removed, it was done under the NHS and the procedure was quick and painless, i'm very pleased that i've had it done and already feel alot more comfortable in myself.
i would recomend it to anyone who feels they really want to have them removed.
