Conditions
Varicocele
The thought of a painful problem with their testicles is enough to leave most men cupping their balls and mewing like a newborn kitten, or a wounded footballer. Fortunately, whilst varicocele sounds serious, it‘s not life threatening. It is a caused when a collection of varicose veins form around the scrotum. These veins are present in the spermatic cord, which delivers sperm from the testicles to the penis, but occasionally a defective valve can prevent backflow of blood out of the testicles. The most common symptom is a dull ache at the top of the scrotum, but it is not a serious condition. Treatment can involve anti-inflammatory medication, or a minor operation to remove the varicocele. A dull ache in your testicles can be indicative of other conditions as well, most seriously testicular cancer. It is therefore extremely important to get checked out by your GP if you present any of these symptoms.

no need to worry. those are just the sperm ducts in which the sperm travels up when you ejeculate. as for them being on the left, the right probably only leads over that way. but do not try to move them as i'm not sure if there are any effects of that.
No there is nothing to worry about i have that and you just have to leave it unless you are really upset about it.
I have what looks like blood spots inside my testies they often bleed after a bath or shower is this normal and what is it.
Hi, I am a 42 year old who has Varicocele in both testicals, I have had two scans to see if it was tumors or not, but very glad to say it was not cancerous. I do get pain mostly when feeling my testicals, or during intercourse but it has made me infertile. I don't mind as I am a gay man so it does not affect me in anyway, but I do feel sorry for men whom wish to have children.
