Episode 4 - Derby
Vestibulodynia
Jerusha comes to see Dr Christian suffering from chronic pain during sex. Despite trying to relax during sex, Jerusha still find it painful and on examination Dr Christian suspects Vulval Pain, or Vestibulodynia. It can be caused by a physical injury, but it is often caused by psychological issues as well. Having undergone a thorough assessment from a specialist, she is diagnosed with a condition called seborrhoeic dermatitis, which is an inflamed rash that is bringing on the vestibulodynia. She is sent off with a steroid cream and moisturiser and returns to Dr Christian to report that she is still suffering the pain, but will return in the future to report on her progress.

the simple answer is yes. everyone develops at different ages and this means that some girls your age have started going through puberty and have lots of hormones that create breasts and others are not yet at this stage i wouldnt worry about anything your perfectly normal and they will develop

This is a good answer
i was diagnosed many years ago with a vague description of Plasma cell vulvitis.. no explanation or treatment given. and its also been suggested that these skin tags (which are internal wall of the inner labia) are Genital warts but i have had tests done and no antibodies are present for herpes.. they are quite sore when stimulated (so sex can be somewhat uncomfortable at times.. most of the time).. i would like to find a definite answer to this problem.. rather than be told that it is all in my head.. and that i am normal.. cause what i feel is not normal and if it is then its horrible.. Many women, girls, and some men, suffer from a genital condition know as Lichen Sclerosis, which causes severe itching, pain, atrophy and dystrophy. Much of the genital and anal region can be affected, with fusion of vulva, the clitoris and labia dissappear; the vagina, urethera and anus can become almost closed; and similarly in men, the penis can fuse to foreskin and scrotum. Come on! this is rather widespread (possibly hereditary?) but little known and/or recognized condition. We need more information and research to be done!!?

I have a problem when I have sex, penetration hurts when entering my vigina, feels like a burning on entry, also very painful when my partner penetrates deeper like a bruising feeling. I have had an internal examination and ultrasound but still not diagnosed a problem, I fell around 6 years ago and bruised my spine and the problem has occurred ever since. I have been told I have a twisted pelvis and have had a child 3 years ago and was told it may be settled after child birth but never has and is getting consistent rather than irregular now.
