Episode 2 - Thailand
Intersex
Adele was born intersex and went abroad to have plastic surgery to help her to live as a woman. She goes to see Dr Christian regarding some problems she has had with a hair transplant and pain from buttock implants. Dr Christian refers her to a corrective surgeon for the implants and a hair transplant surgeon to examine the hair loss from which she’s been suffering.
During surgery it is revealed the buttock pain was caused by a ruptured buttock implant. Liposuction is used to remove fat from elsewhere in Adele’s body before sculpting a new buttock.
Also on the agenda for Adele is a hair transplant. On her next visit to the clinic she reveals she is very happy with the results and feels much more confident.

Hello, Im 34 year old male, after having constipation 4 weeks ago, following this I also had piles, and took immediate remedy in the form of a cream/ointment for piles, which helped shrink the piles soothing the pain and itching and general discomfort i had experienced. However I have noticed what feels like a little lump, around some fleshy skin around the anus, unlike the the protruding piles, this area just around the anus could not be pushed back in, and still remains itchy. Is this something i need to worry about? or shall i keep using the ointment? thanks.
