Episode Guide

Episode 7

Episode 7 saw our doctors treating a man whose terrible Acne has totally destroyed his confidence, as well as a patient whose Leg Ulcer was so ugly that he refused to bare his legs in public.

There was also a woman who had suffered from faecal incontinence for years. Having decided that she wouldn’t let it control her life, she came into the clinic in search of a solution.

Also in this episode, Dr Jessen decided to take the clinic to the people as he hit a South London swimming pool and discovered a whole host of embarrassing illnesses amongst the Capital’s bathers…

Hi im 30 years old. I have stretch marks on my belly and my thighs, these do not bother me but i have very itchy ones on the backs of my knees. They get very sore and red. Some times it gets very painful because i can do nothing but scratch them, they sometimes bleed and then scab over.. Is there anything i can do to help them not to get inflamed?

In the last show 22 april 2011 somebody talked about THRUSH and mentioned that a lot or most women get it at one time or another, I wish to point out IT IS NOT JUST WOMEN THAT SUFFER WITH IT - I HAVE BEEN GETTING IT ON AND OFF FOR YEARS IN MY GROIN AND IT DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH SEX.

Hi there, im the same and have had stretch marks since i was 9, i have them on the insides of my legs, behind my knees, on my upeer arms, on my breasts and stomach. ive lived with this for years now as im now 28 and have found that after a while the marks start to get lighter, i use aloe vera cream and cocoa butter which stops the marks getting worse also drinking plenty of water helps, oh and dont scratch them (wish id known that when i was young lol). It can be a real knock to your self esteem, what helped me was finding out into my early twenties just how many other people have the same problem and my mum telling me to not be so self-conscious and showing me hers and my sister and friends did the same it would seem most people have stretch marks, you just have to find a way to get rid of the redness and except them.

hi im 20years old i have had 2 children and gotreally bad stretch marks and it mademy belly sag down can some1 give me some advice really want to get of it
