Hi, I have numerous small lumps on the bottom of the head of my penis. They don't hurt or anything but I'm a bit concerned.
It's quite hard to explain what they are exactly and I can't find anything else on the internet because I'm not too sure what to search in, but any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
I Have got a spot on my penis it doesn't look threatening but it does hurt when you squeeze it shall i go to my local gp and get it checked up.
@[No first name supplied]: How big your penis is when it's soft doesn't matter at all. Most white men have a really small one when soft, but it gets much bigger when hard. Black men usually have a rather big one already soft, but it doesn't grow much bigger when getting hard.
@Zack: what kind of lumps ? Can you give more detail about where you see them and how they look ?
@Anonymous: Have you tried in the bath, when it's wet? It still doesn't work ?

@Camron: Probably you feel a blood vessel. There is a big one under the skin to fill the penis quickly with blood. That makes the penis hard and ready for action.
@Brendan/Chris: It's normal the skin is tight when the penis is erect. But it's not good if the skin splits. I'm sure there's something for that. Just ask your doctor. The smell is normal. Some kind of oily liquid is made underneath the foreskin to protect the head and to make the foreskin slide better. This smells a little.
