I've got a few penis problems! First my flaccid penis measures 8 cm sometimes lower and 7 cm in girth. My testicles are really small about 1.3 Inch in length, little larger on the right about 1.6, 1 inch width. I think this is because of my varocele, but not sure? And to wrap it off my penis is bent downwards. Is this normal to have this many issues?
