@Ryan, Josh, Oli: they're penile pearly papules. Nothing wrong with them, it's all natural.
@Richard: I can't tell what it is. I suggest you see your doctor or specialist about this. When you pull back the foreskin, I suggest you try in the bath, to make it extra wet ?

Hi, I have numerous small lumps on the bottom of the head of my penis. They don't hurt or anything but I'm a bit concerned.
