The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has produced healthcare guidelines on the treatment of psoriasis with biologics.

This guidance outlines NICE's main recommendations on when adalimumab (Humira), infliximab (Remicade), etanercept (Enbrel), efalizumab (Raptiva) and ustekinumab (Stelara) should be used to treat adults with plaque psoriasis in the NHS in England and Wales.
