Sexual infections are on the rise across the UK, but most are treatable if caught early. Just answer Dr Jessen’s 9 questions about yourself to receive a personal risk report on 11 of the most common STIs in the UK.

For each question, select the answer that is most applicable to you. These will be completely anonymous and will not be stored by Channel 4 or any other third parties.
