Hi, I'm a 21 girl and I have had a sweating problem for as long as I can remember, I get sweat patches under my arms even when I'm just sat doing nothing. I hate taking off my jacket in public and won't lift up my arms, I also have to think about what I'm wearing on a night out and whether it will show the patches or not. It only smells abit but is still really embarrassing. I have tried odour sprays that are ment to help, all the different deodrants and I shower 1-2 a day. Is there anything else you can suggest? I also have just recently noticed that from time to time a slight odour that comes from my vagina, I use femifresh every day and sprays but again it doesn't seem to work. Please help me as this is really affecting my life, my confidence and my sex life.

Okay, I'm 14 years young and I have very awful troubles with sweating under my armits. I avoid every sport as posible, but I then found out I get the from JUST sitting around. I'm very embarrassed about this. In school I keep my arms pinned to my side and when my boyfriend ask for a hug, I get so nervous he is going to find out. My smell is AWFUL! In the mornings I spray perfume on like crazy. I gave up volleyball, softball, and cheerleading. The only thing I do now is ride horses and I STILL sweat. I'm in the 8th grade and I am begging for someone to help me!! Please, please, please help me!!!!! :(
