hiya, i have been watching your program alot. i have a problem, when i was in year 6 i had started my period and i was a bra size 32 A. and till now at the age of 17 im STILL THE SAME =[. i have lost alot of confidence. and all of my friends have bigger breasts than me, even the girls i knw who are younger than me have bigger breast. when i was 15 i was really concerned, but i though to myself il give it time and see what happens when im 16 or 17 they might start growing then. but havent. so i watched one of your videos and took your advice in going to the doctors, and spoke to them and they didnt help. i asked them about estrogen, and they said that its too powerfull and they cannot subscribe me with that medication. so i was really upset and let down. then i had done some more reasearch and found out a capsule called fenugreek, i heard that it helps increase the breast size. so i started taking them u have to have 1 capsule twice a day. i been taking if for sometime now. nothing had changed, and i had got pissed of and started takin 4 capsule daily. could you please help me. i really want my breasts to enlarge.

Just wanted to say boob size isnt everything…especially the smaller ones. I am now 21 years old and I am a 32A…I know thats pretty small right? I have always craved for a bigger pair…unfortunatly there's no spells to make them bigger ha ha. I was a 34B at one point but I was a size 14 and I was 13/14 then and since then lost weight so they have gone down a cup size. I have now accepted they wont get any bigger,thats how nature goes for me unfortunatly.

Anyway if anyone is picking on you because you boobs are small or big they are ignorant. Same with boys…if no boy wants to go out with you because you have small boobs (I've had that problem I have been there many times!) again they are pig headed and ignorant. Real beauty is inside you and believe it or not….a lot of men really hate fake boobs. They really do look disgusting as they just sit there.

My boyfriend has always said to me "a handful is enough and yours are perfect" which has given me piece of mind.

hi,i asking on behave of my daughter.shes nearly 14 and has just told me shes worried because one of her nipples is leaking.she says its a little tender at times,and a little lumpy.she showed me her bra and it was a bit stained.Its the weekend and shes now off out.I will call the doctors on monday,but am concerned.Is this normal in a girl of this age?please advise

hey, since havin my baby my boobs have gone feally small and have lost all firmness and are just like empty sacks is there anything that i can do to get the firmness back, i also have another problam that is really shamefull. i have 2 extra nipples, i have no confidance with my body and this is one of the main reaso, why do i have these and can i get rid off them?? thanks

im nearly 17, and i think my boobs are not even growing because all the other girls my age, they got biigger boobs and their cup size are like C,D,E and im 151cm in height, less than 50kg in weight and im 17 in 3months, and my bra size is 34B .. would massaging my boobs work? because when i come on my period my boobs dnt hurt or anythin, it feels normal, so i dnt really kno when im on my period. isit cause it stopped growing?

hi im 15 and ive been going through puberty since i was about 9/10 years old.
Everything is fine apart from the fact i think my breasts are weird. They seem slightly pointed and the area surrounding the nipple is huge and the nipple is really small. I have been told this is normal however they havent changed in size or shape for almost years. Is this normal or is this abnormal, please, please help me because im so depressed because of this.

im 14 and my breasts havnt been growing much it has really been getting me down i cry about it most of the time and it is really awkward in p.e when we are getting changed e.t.c. i watched your video's and they helped me a bit by saying they grow at different times, but im still embarresed about them is there anything i can do or do i just have to wait?
