I am 14 years old and i have inverted nipples is this normal and is there anything i can do to get rid of them?
If you do not want surgery and they are not too big and if you have other neurological conditions what othere alternatives are there. The vest looks too restrictive and the Japanese man bras have underwire support. We have searched the net and found last night's programme did not give us enough information.
in reply to bradley's message, press ups are a good way to help reduce the size of man boobs, also swimming can help too.

Im a ft 6ins 23yr old male with fat man boobs, i used to be 16 stone but ive lost weight through exercise and a better diet. my stomach has started to reduce but my breasts remain the same.I dont mind my stomach but its embarrising when i want to take my daughter swimming but cant because of being looked at. ive considered surgery through the Hospital group but is there another way to get rid of them?
