hii..
ii get spots when im about to start my period…its embarassing because i get it every month and no matter what i still get my spots..
any help?

I am 16 years old and have had acne since the age of 11. It started out as small pimples but quickly escalated to much more severe acne.I told my doctor immediatly. The doctor gave me drugs for my acne such as DUAC and told me I should use it for a maximum of around 3 months. Suprisingly, I didn't see results until about 1 year of usage. So far the doctor has given me about 5 different types of drugs to use for my acne, but the same thing keeps happening and I end up using each drug for about a year to a year and a half before I see results, and as soon as the spots begin to fade, they suddenly flare back up again but worse than ever! Sometimes they even turn into large, hard, painful boils on my face. For 5 years now I have been bullied at school and would even bunk my GCSE classes just to avoid everyone. I won't go outside as I always feel down and depressed… my hair has even started falling out! my doctors refuse to refer me to a dermatologist…? I have no idea about what to do and feel as though there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I need help!

hi Im 14 and my spots have started to increase i have always suffered with spots from a young age but have never really thought anything of it. Since the last couple of months i've got even more, its starting to look like acne. i don't suffer with spots anywhere else but my face. I've tried creams and nothing i seem to do works . please help me as i feel really ashamed about it. thanks

Hi,

I'm 14 and have quite oily skin. I don't suffer from acne, but I randomly get an outbreak of about 4 or 5 spots at a time, but they always have white heads. They are usually on my forehead, chin and at the bottom of my nose. Can you recommend something I can do to prevent them, I use a facial scrub twice a day and have a medicated spot cream. I also suffer from bad blackheads on my nose. I find it difficult to treat them because I have incredibly sensitive skin. Thanks.

My son has been suffering with acne for 3 years now, he is nearly 19, we have tried the zeno which is ok for individual outbreaks he has also taken oxytetracycline but this didn't seem to do much good, his skin is very dry and flaky. We have also tried the clinique 'blemish' range again without much success. It is now affecting his confidence, any ideas?
