Has anybody seen the programme 'The Perfect Vagina'? It shows that literally everyone is different, and most people have slightly hanging labia, bigger then other etc. It's just from porn we think it is normal to have almost nothing there, and almost every girl must go through some stage of thinking they aren't normal- I know I did for ages! I know that it really doesn't bother guys, as they really aren't concerned about that kind of thing, or they really aren't worth your time and body :) Hope this helps!

Hey there,
It's sad how many people on here see an enlaged labia as a "problem"
I am 19 always had an enlarged labia, yes i noticed it was different when seeing other peoples expecially porno's ect.
But since being involved with boys this aint a problem, the men i have been with sexually find it a turn on and confidence is the way forward.
Show you don't have a problem and how are they to no any difference! Dont let this get you down girls, see it as a positive..More to love! xxx

I'm 15 and i have the same problem too, i noticed them when i was 12 and i thought it was normal since i havn't seen how it normally looks like. I'm always scared about the reaction when boys sees it and im always rejecting having a boyfriend because of this. Is there a way that don;t include surgery to make it smaller?

Hi i'm 28. I never noticed anything wrong with me at first. I fell in love at 16 an was in a 7 yr relationship an had a great sex life. But after i had my son at 20 i noticed that i wasnt the same down there. It has really affected my sex life from then onwards. I split with my partner. Since then in an out of relationships. But like a lot of you say. I did the deed in the dark or i had to be really drunk. Dont like any1 looking at me down there. Its affected every relationship cause i feel im boring in bed an cant be who i used to be. It also gives me a fear of having more children as i dont want it to get any bigger. I dont think i will ever be comfortable with myself now an wont be able to settle down cause of this problem.

Its horrible going to the toilet an having to see it day in an day out. They get caught on your knickers or fall out of them. And when you think about them you can feel them when your sitting down. I feel disgusting.

I wish there was a way i could get over this an be happy with who i am :(

I am 26 and also have this … but believe me when you find a partner who loves you and your labia… it won't even be an issue. As for oral sex.. it is especially good, more to get hold of!

i just want to get rid of this so badly :(
everyones comments have made me feel so much better! but it's just not enough, i want to get it sorted and i want to know of someone who has the same problem who can come with me to have my operation
i need an operation once it got stuck in my knickers at school and the pain was terrible
i know of 2 people i know who have it, and they both have had sex, but i just don't have the courage to let myself do thatt :|
i want to leave my name so people can talk to me about it, but there is no way
but goood luck girls! im sure everything will be sorted for us all :)
