Hi, my name is amy. I suffer from bulimia(trying to recover) which is why i think lately my number 2 has been different. Sometimes i feels like i need to go to the toilet but nothing happens. When i do poo i also have mucus which is a brownish yellow colour(this doesnt happen everytime sometimes im quite 'normal'). I have bad wind, and pains in my lower stomach. I would really appreciate some help and answers so i can understand whats going on with my body. I understand the stress its under due to my eating disorder and i hope this is just related to my irregular and terrible eating but fear it could be something worse.

I have been suffering with IBS symptoms for about 8 months now and am seriously fed up with it. Some days are ok (not great) but then it all kicks off again and at worse I spend most of the day on the toilet, I feel nauseous, no appetite and like I'm being kicked in the stomach. I am currently taking Mebeverine, Omeprazole and Loperamide but don't feel as if it helps. My doctor keeps sending me for blood/ stool tests all of which come back negative and I also had an ultrasound and endoscopy. I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place and can't seem to find a way ahead. I hate being in this situation when I have 2 little boys to look after and no other help!

Hi I wanted to know how you get the card that allows you to use staff toilets when there isnt a public one available that was on last nights show, as my friend has been diagnosed with severe chrohnes disease and IBD and she has actually stopped going out because she panics so much about not being able to find a toilet and It would be great If she could get some sort of normality back

You can get a card from the NACC , National Association of crohn's and colitis. I f your friend has crohn's disease. they can also help with lots of other things. I have a card, but it's still embarrassing having to ask staff etc. another good thing to tell your friend is to take spare pants, wet wipes and packs of tisues in her handbag in case she has an accident
