Voiceover:
Dr. Christian Jessen specialises in sexual health.

Dr. Christian:
There’s absolutely no need for people to feel embarrassed because believe me, I’ve seen it all before.

Why have you just come to see me now about this..?

I’d hate to see what could develop under his foreskin if it was left…

It is quite likely you may have something. If you come and see us we’re not going to chop it off but if you don’t, it might fall off by itself…

But your results are, quite frankly, shocking…

There are certain parts of our bodies that we don’t talk about but when they go wrong, we should…

You’ve got away with it…

People would rather suffer in silence then get these things treated and that’s ridiculous in this day and age.

You definitely need to see your doctor about this.

I recently observed some semen on the tip of my penis before I urinate, and I also see some on my boxers or pants. I don't feel any pain during or after I urinate, is anything wrong with me?! I started observing it after I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. I don't know if was as a result of the sex or it's because I became curious after the sex. Please help me out!

Hi Christian and Team. I really enjoy watching your series when I get the chance. I am a 54yr male as far as I am aware from my last medical I had earlier this year, I am in very good health for a person of my age. However, over the past 2-3yrs I have had a issue that concerns me. December 2012 just out the blue I was given a PSA test for my prostate. The day after I was phoned by my Doctors that I had to go in immediately to see my Doctor about my result. This took me by surprise, I was told that my PSA was 4.3 and this is what it is for a 70yr old, I was told that I had to have a biopsy to check for cancer. by the following Monday I had been in and had my biopsy. A few days later I was called into the Doctors and told that I do not have cancer but just a high PSA count so I needed to have blood tests done every 6 months, my count over the time went up to 6.1 and I went to 3 monthly tests. Now knowing that I have not done anything to change my life style my PSA has now come down to 3.8 so am back to 6 monthly tests. During this time though I was having a lot of pain in my right testicle and I had felt that I had 2 lumps on it for sometime. I was sent for a sonar scan and was told no lumps can be seen but I have veracious vanes in my scrotum. I had a minor op to have coils to kill off the vanes. Since then I felt alright, but the last few months I have had my pain back and am sure I felt another lump. The pain feels like I have been kicked in the Nuts so to speak and the pain goes down my right leg. Another issue I have to which is my most concern, is I can not for a long time now, ejaculate. I can get a erection but sometimes not, I have tried Viagra and this does not help much, the sensation of a orgasm mainly feels a deflating balloon, and I end up with what looks like very weak looking thin seepage of semen in a very small amount. I have seen my doctor about this but was told that its just in my head. I am wondering now if my prostate issue is causing this? or is it that my testicles have now stopped producing semen?. I hope you understand what I am trying to explain in writing and hope you have some idea's of what's happening and possible treatment. Thank you for your time.

Dear Dr. Christian, my father has a rash which is all over his body and is causing him an extreme amount of bother. We've went to our GP's a number of time about it and they just brush it off as if it's nothing and ignore any future test which could be done to find out what it is. I was just wondering if you could help, we're from Northern Ireland and would really like it if you could help us

PLEASE HELP,, I have been to so many different health professional to help me find out why l'm suffering from unbearable sweats,,l can get a these sweats, once in an hour or it can be anything up to 3 times in an hour,,day and night so my life now consists of sweating near all the time,l'm finding myselve under the fan to cool off before my clothes get too wet,,doesn’t matter what the temp is ,,this is the only l can any control over my body sweats.,,while reading the posts on your site, l found a lady who is suffering from sweats and some of her symptoms are very similar to mine so therefore l've included part of her letter to help me to explain partly whats going on with me , she too cannot find help from any health professional to stop her sweat.Once the doctors realized they could'nt fix my problem, they would JUST LOSE INTEREST IN ME I find this so hard for me to accept when they say to me,sorry but there is nothing more l can do to help you,l just cant help but feel that there should be someone out there that can help me. l'm feeling at my wits end with all of them and its makes me feel like giving up on the medical world.Gee l would just like someone to care enough to keep going till they fix me.lt really make me feel like I don't want to go on.l also have many other serious problems that also makes me suffer terribly ,between the sweats and the pain l suffer so much,l get many many sleepless nights .I suffer from several diseases and they are all incurable. The doctors have told me that sweats have nothing to do with my diseases ,, l have suffered with these sweats for about 18 years and l can tell you they are getting worse ,over the past 12 months l am suffering more and more, l have got to change my clothes if l cant get under a fan in time to stop them, the reason l have to change because if l cant under a fan in time,, l will get wet right through all my clothes. When I sweat ,its always all over my body and it literally runs down over my head, trunk, arms and legs,,its just everywhere ,its like turning on a tap ,, drip, drip drip,,very embarrassing when out in public ,,now l find myself ,staying at home most of the time .l use to carry a hankie to wipe away the sweats now l've got to carry a large facewasher or towel because the hankie is useless and you can wringe it out within a few seconds .l know l'm getting worse day by day because its not only sweating is the problem,,l'm now getting a thumping heart ,l also get breathless when l'm sweating l now have got to wait till the sweating to stops before l get the heart gets back to normal beat before l can move on,it can be abit scary,,its also good for me to see that after reading your post , l know l'm not alone and there are many people out there that also suffer similar to me,, all we need is help so we can get some sort of control our condition ,that way we can have a normal life .It would be jus so wonderful for this to happen, if we can only go out in public without being embarrassed and having people coming up to me and ask me if l'm ok...also in my own home l'm getting that way,it would really help,I even don’t like cooking anymore especially when l have company, its only because l have a sweat,,,as you could image it wouldn’t be a good look around food,, lt seems to me that I have a huge problem with regulating my body temperature. One minute I can be fine then the next I'm feeling red hot ,flushed and sweating profusely everywhere, with my clothes soaking through,,then when I start to cool down I end up shivering because my skins so wet.,,one minute unbearably hot and the next minute I could be feeling freezing and l can be still sweating while shivering,,so strange. People around can have their heating on or have extra layers of clothes ,when from nowhere I've got to get either under a fan or desperately trying to strip off and open doors and windows because I have just got to cool anyhow l can. I also go very red in the face ,arms and chest when its at its worst. its strange,, I can be so hot yet to feel my skin its freezing to touch. I have had various tests over the years for just about everything the doctors can think of,, hormones, thyroid etc ect ect and everything comes back as normal. Its so embarrassing to try to dress up in my going out clothes or make up because I can't wear anything bright for fear of ending up with massive wet patches everywhere,l am only 58 years of age so l would like to live afew more years to spend with my love ones,l'm praying you can help me or if you can't maybe you can explain what's going on with me, I'm really at my wits end. chris,,ps sorry about writing such a long post but its so hard for me to put my problems down in writing and make it short
