I have that too been a prob for years! Pelvic muscle excercises work some but not helped 100% just 96%

Four years ago I had gastroenteritis for a period of 5 months. Ever since then I have had an embarassing retching 'thing'. Every day of my life, I will heave and retch like im going to be sick but never actually be sick. It can happen at any time of the day no matter where I am or what I am doing. My diet does not affect it. Some times it can happen just once at a time and others it can happen for a few mins at a time. Drinking seems to help it after it has happens but doesnt stop it. I have been asked to leave restaurants because it is so bad, failed my theory driving test because of it, get weird looks on the street when it happens and have had to leave lectures. It does not hurt me when it happens, its just annoying and so embarassing! I have been to the doctors with it but I have just been told its stress. But it happens every single day without fail. I do not believe it is due to stress. I can even wake up during the night having to retch or heave. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi, you recently had on the show (a couple of Fridays ago)a patient with Melasma - the skin discolouration disorder or hyperpigmentation I have tried so many things that haven't worked. You mentioned that there is a skin lightening or bleaching treatment for it available on precription - can you tell me what the prescriptive product is called? Warm Regards Melanie

I'm 15 and i suffer really badly from heavy, painful and irregular periods. I am on mefanamic acid and was on the pill Yasmin in semptember but had to be taken off of them because i had lumps come up on my left leg. I want to go back on the pill but my GP won't let me even though i have been off of them for 7 months now. Can you suggest anything that i can take to stop or at least calm my periods down? If not can you give me any suggestions as to why my periods are this bad and if there is can you let me know how i should deal with it Thank you. Thank you.
