I am 63 year old man, who wants to enjoy an active sex life but for the last 3 or 4 years I have found it more difficult to get an erection and when I do get to organism there is no sperm ejected. I am very depressed to think that my sex life may be over. Is it just my age or is there a possible underlying cause.

12yrs ago my mates ex hit me as hard as she could me in the balls with a basket ball while I was having a nap for a laugh. Been in discomfort and pain ever since, if I have to walk over a mile I'm in a lot of pain. after 2yrs of bricking it I went to the doctors and he said my left testile was swolen and was dragging on the pipework os I was to wear more supportive underwear. Went 3 weeks ago saw another dr who got me to do a urine test incase of infection, and said if it was negative he'd send me to a specialist to get things checked out. Went back to a routine appointment the other day and saw my own dr, he said everything is normal the just head of the epidimis will have been bruised and will take years to heal if ever then said he has a similar injury when he was 24 and is now in his mid 50's I recon and he says its still "tender" What should I do? See another Dr again? go to the GUM clinic? just fed up of being in pain/discomfort. I'm now taking 16/1000mg co-codamol 4 times a day dont particulaly want to be taking them forever and eventually the'll stop working and I'll need something stronger.

Hello, I am a 25 year old man. Exactly 3 months & 12 days ago I suffered a bending trauma injury to my errect penis during intercourse with a woman. It was the infamous slip and crushed penis accident. Since it has happened, I have had trouble getting an errection and when attempting to gain an errection the penis is merely 30% of it's former self and it immitates the bend that occured - down and to the left. This bend only seems to straighten out at the moment of climax - as at this point a more full errection is acheived. I've been to A&E and went as soon at it happened. But because there was not the tell-tale text-book indication of a typical penile fracture (blood, bruising and swelling) - I was offered no help. Only after I kept returning and reporting and updating Doctors with my worrying symptoms did they finally arrange a Ultra Sound Scan of the penis. But even though they pointed out that the left of the two valves inside the penis was narrower than the right... they said the result was inconclusive and they just weren't sure. I've been to my GP and they just tell me to wait. But I've been waiting over 3 months now and am at my wits end. I can't bare the thought of being impotant so young and for the rest of my days! Some of my symptoms include... Weak pityful errections - compared to my previous strength. Difficulty acheiving an errection at all. A bent semi-errection, bending downward to the left. And in the days after the injury I felt a nervy pain on the top of my penis and a dull ache underneath. It seems as if something has been buckled at the point of where the penis joins the body - underneath, like that main valve that runs under and looks a bit like a long finger has been shifted over to the left side - kinked out of the normal middle alignment possition. I also experienced a shuttering ache sensation in my prostate region. And for some reason, (occasionally) I am able to acheive a 95% errection if I wake up on my right side in the morning. Although any other time of the day/night I cannot acheive an errection at will as I once could before. Please help!
