I have keloid scars on my chest shoulder and back. They used to be small, but they seemed to get larger when I was pregnant..They are itchy as well. Im very conscious about the one on the chest as its much more raised and is very obvious. What treatment would you recommend? I have heard about Steroid injections or laser treatment. But I have read stories about the Keloids getting larger after treatment. Please advise on what treatment I need to get.

i have acne keloid scaring on my back and chest, possibly 50 - 100. some quiet big and some the size of a small pea, so far it has effected me, swimming, tank tops with no sleaves, i cant take of my top if iam bling up in hot weather, and the worst of all is the army has denied me from joining as the keloids would get sore from me carrying heavy things on my shoulders, and to be honest, i nearly cryed because of it. i have always wanted to join the army since i was around 6, and now i cant do it because of it. doctors have gave me a course of tablets and sertoid injections, makes no difference
