I am 21 years old and have just had my second child at over 10lbs. After having my first child by c-section over 3 years ago I was left with a lot of sagging skin which hangs over my scar. I lost weight and always exercised but nothing seemed to shift it. After having my second child I know that I won't be able to get rid of it with exercise and it is really getting me down. I wish I could just cut it off. I asked my health visitor and she just told me that I should do some situps which wasn't very helpful. I would love to have surgery but it is so expensive so is not an option for me. Is this available on the NHS? and if not, is there ANYTHING else that might help. I just really want my confidence back.

Hi, after having 2 big babies and losing 3 stone of pregnancy weight each time, I've been left with a lot of excess skin and stretch marks on my belly. It's so bad that in hangs down as far as my pubic hair! It's all numb and just feels like it's dead and not a part of me. I think my only option is a tummy tuck but can I get this on the NHS?

hi can the similar fat on chest be removed through excersize rather than surgery. I wasn't satisfy with the remedy in the video above. his chest after surgery look so much artificial. i would rather be happy as it is now. Can therefore, weight lighting under proper fitness instruction help to turn fat into muscles.
