after sex my penis becomes sore and my foreskin becomes tight and swollen do u no what this could be

I have a really tight foreskin, I believe this condition is called "phimosis" for those of you with a similar ailment. What's the best course of action to take against this? (I really don't want a circumcision) – thanks.

hey i have the same problem .The skin is too tight and i cant pull it back.even if i do i hurts a lot.The head of the penis is too sensitive and hurts like hell when touched.please help?

When i pull back my foreskin it goes most of the way but then is attached by a small layer of skin to the rim of my penis im really worried, is this normal ? help please Thanks

hi, recently i have noticed my foreskin has become swollen slightly after intercourse and become quite sore and also have felt a stinging sensation and tightness. i have also noticed when i relieved myself recently that it swelled up again and seemed to be very dry and had little cuts near the end of the foreskin,it doesnt take long to recover but happens again when in use. i recently put some moisturising cream on without thinking and it may have had some purfume in it which prob didnt help. although it feels fine at the moment i feel when it comes to intercourse or self satisfaction it will happen again. was just wondering if there is any creams outthere i could try or anything else you could suggest. many thanks

when i pull back my foreskin just below the head it is red and itchy at the moment what can it be? this has just happened in the last two days.

Hello,
I have a tight foreskin when i am erect. I have no problem pulling the skin back when I am not erect, but when in the shower the actual head and skin that has been pulled back is so sore to touch or even soap up with shower gel to clean it, which makes me worried that an infection or something could be starting? I really am worried and hope there is a way of fixing the problem and not having to go for a circumcision.
Any information would be fantastic.

some fifteen years ago my foreskin contiued to split and made it impossable for any relationship. I have been circumsised to help with this problem but now find that the skin around the head of my penis splits and bleed a lot,it also leaves me in a lot of pain. My problem looks the same as shown in your program tonight 27 May. Could I please ask you for the name of the cream that was used.I seen my own doctor and used two different creams but still have the same painfull problem
Regards
