Video

Can you please let me know the names or places where I can get keyhole bunion surgery? Thanks you
I had bunion surgery in November 09 and corrective surgery in February 2010 as one of the pins was too long. I now have no bunion but my first metatarsal has drifted back across just like it was pre surgery. I have tried to keep it straight with a gel toe spacer. I also have a second hammer toe, I still have to wear extra wide flat shoes and although in less pain than pre surgery am in some discomfort. seeing the surgeon in July for consultation on further surgery, would like some advice should I consider surgery again, this will be the third time. is it normal for toe to drift back again and will I ever get into a normal fit shoe or be able to wear a slight heel for a special occasion. regards S
I would be extremely interested to hear how much this operation costs and how long (if at all) one would be 'out of circulation' afterwards. Is it available in Ireland?
I have bunions on both feet, my left foot is giving me pain all the time now, making it difficult to walk. I did have a bunion operation on my left foot when I was 14 and also both my little toes ampitated for no aparent reason. The operation was a mess and I have had problems ever since, never being able to wear high heeled shoes. I am now 55 and after going away for a weekend to Rome and doing much walking in sensible shoes, I have been in a lot of pain which has been going on for 8 weeks. I did go to an orthapedic technition and had special insoles made, they relieve the pain a little but not completely. Please help me I am so desperate....
Please can you tell me where I can get this surgery on the NHS in the southeast of England. I have a bunion that is so painful at the end of the day that even wide fitting trainers are painful. I am unable to find any shoes comfortable. I am on my feet most of the day in a school for children with PMLD and SLD so sitting down is not an option. It could also be carried out during school holidays and not intefer with my job.
My mum has bunions and would really like this op, is it available in the uk and on the NHS. The Dr said that it will take 6 weeks but we are not sure if that is 6 weeks of off her feet which she can't do as she works. Is there any way of her having this op?
hi im 15 years old and im worried about getting surgery, this looks really good, but i'm worried that if and when i go into the surgery i wont be able to go through with it, how much is it, and is it available in Britain? like the NHS and any simple practice? really need help with this.
What is the name of the procedure in the video and is it available on the NHS? I'm a 30 year old male and have quite a severe bunion that I would love to get fixed. This seems by far the best option!!!!
That looks wonderful!!! I had a bunion taken off under general anasthesia about 10 years ago now and remember the pain and 6 weeks in a cast and didnt want to go through that again but my other foot is getting worse and worse and would love to get THAT operation for my other bunion and the hammer toe next to it but I am sure docs wont send me to a hospital that would do that operation, where do I go to get that done?
I have bunions on both feet, I was referred to a NHS Hospital by my GP, but was told it would be a painful procedure and off my feet for 6 weeks, also with the possibility that they will grow back. I would like to have keyhole surgery (as in your programme), as my bunions are getting more painful and very uncomfortable. Please let me know where I can get the same operation. Thank you
