I HAVE GONE TO THE GP 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 5YEARS WITH PAIN/DISCOMFORT IN MY LEFT TESTICLE AND TOP OF MY THIGH IS SWOLLEN, AND I HAVE WHAT FEELS LIKE A "BAG OF WORMS" IN MY SCROTUM. EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS AND TOLD THAT DIABETIC MEN ARE PRONE TO INFECTIONS IN THE GROIN AREA DUE TO THE HIGH SUGAR IN THE BLOOD. (I AM A 54 YEAR OLD DIABETIC TYPE 2 MALE TAKING 2000 MG OF METFORMIN A DAY)
I am 41 and for 20 years I have had small white lumps on my scrotum, as I have got older I seem to be getting more and more and now also have one on the back of my Penis too. I often put a pin in them and get a waxy subtance out and it doesn't smell (not recommended as it doesn't make them go away!). There is no pain in the lumps but it is now at the stage where I won't show anyone as I am embarressed. I read on the net and it also looks like Sabaticle cysts, if it is this what does the treatment look like? Please help me.

Hi everyone, i booked a gp appointment becuase i found a lump on my testicle, it freightened the life out of me and took me a week to finally book it. It was a man which made me more worried but all he did was ask me a few questions about whether i am pooing ok, then asked if he could have a look. All gp's do is lay you on the bed, ask you to pull your pants down and they jus feel both of them gently and then sit you back down and chat with you.. its all over in a matter of 30 seconds, if your embarrased about your size just put your hand over it, the doctor wont ask to see they understand your crapping yourself as it is.. but get it checked like i did, its not as bad as you think honestly from a 16 yr old to fellow youngster :)
I am 16 and have a small lump smaller than a pea on theleft side of my scrotum. It doesnt hurt when i touch it but it is hard. Imslightly worried as it has been there for about a year. I haventtold anyone. Any ideas?
Im 16 as well and found the same thig, it scared the crap out of me, i went to the doctors and he said its nothing.. go to ur doctor, it aint as bad as you think they jus ask u a few questions and feel the lump and its done. If ur embarrased about ur size dont worry just cover it up with your hand they dont mind they understand how much we are crapping ourselves but honestly its such a relief to hear its nothing get urself checked :)

Dear Doctor, I am 20 and I have a lump on my testicle. It has been there for about 2 years o so but i didn't check any doctor yet. I am not suffering any pain or any blood in the sperm and everything is normal. Is this harmful or serious?
Hey, im 15 and i realised a few weeks ago that young teenagers can get cancer. I checked my testicles and i have a small hard lump on my left teste exactly as described in the video. I was a bit scared and have told my best friend but not my parents. Should i tell my parents and go to my gp?
You should go to your GP, better safe than sorry. You don't have to tell your parents if you don't want. Just go to your GP.
I have itchy skin on the left side of my testicals. its beent there for about 10 years and I have tried various medications. It becomes very red and sore.
