Hi i have spots on my penile shaft quiet a few one bigger than others they feel pritty hard and produce a white kind of sap well some of them

my penis had lumps on it please i need some advice on it please.

yeah, guys fordyce seem extremely normal to have .No point in worrying over what you cant help. I myself have them and the fact that they are not in this video is probably the fact that they shouldnt be embarrasing because so many guys have them

The video should have mentioned Fordyce spots which are so unbelievably common and I see so many people worrying about what turns out to be them on various forums. A quick image search online brings up hundreds of images of them. They are not harmful.

That video didn't help me much, I think I have papules but they are lots of them all over my shaft, forskin and ball sack, little white bumps, even if they are just papules I don't want them there, is there anything to get rid of them, I have had them for about 4 years

thankyou

great vid. was worryin dat i had genital warts but i hav never had intercourse. turns out der only penis papules
