I use daktacort cream if I everget it on my face, trimovate for ears, backside and genitals, dovonex scalp ointment and dovonex or dovobet for my ankles, knees and elbows.
Before I was diagnosed I was treated by a chinese herbal doctor and his creams, pills, and herbal washes cleared my psoriasis up completely for the frirst time ever. I only now use western medicine because it came back and I saw a consultant dermatologist who confirmed psoriasis.

I am 32 and have had psoriasis since I was about 15. I had it in lots of different places, elbows, ankles, ears, scalp, backside and genitals. It was always fairly mild so it took me until I was about 23 to get a firm diagnosis, being confused for excema, dermatitis, genital warts and various different fungal infections, including thrush. Once I knew what it was I have been able to treat it really well by using particular creams for different areas, alternating where I can so my body doesn't get too used to it.

I am 19 and suffer with psoriasis. i have had it neraly all my life and have it all over my scalp and also in between my legs and my genitals. i was wondering if im the only one who has it in this most personal area? HELP!!!!

i had really bed psoriasis when i was 16-18 years old, i found it was triggered by most cosmetic and cleaning products. the doctors couldnt help so i would recommend to people to go private and get an allergy test done, i did and havent looked back. i now have it under control. it also went away as my hormones settled down as well so there is light at the end

i had psoriasis when i was 11 i am now 20 i hve been on the sunbeds and done all the creams it only went away when i had my little girl 2 years ago but after about 4 mounth i all cum back i all so cover my self when i go out and a hot bath is no go at all

i suffer with psoriasis on my elbows, which can become itchy and sore. i tried using 2 types of steroid cream, 1 made my skin sore and the other made my skin turn red raw. my friend introduced me to Dream Cream, which can be brought in lush. the cream is the most amazing cream iv ever used in my life, it keeps my skin moist and has helped clear my psoriasis up a bit. its better then any treatment iv received from the doctor. i reccomend it!! it really works!

I'v had psoriasis for about 3 years now. My GP has tried loads of diferent ointments and tablets but it never clears up completly. I don't have lots of it but where it does appear it splits and bleeds, which is extreamly painful. It worse on my fingers and as i am still at school when it starts to crack it makes writing and simple things like bottens very hard to do. I aslo get it on my ancles, toes, elbows, knees, eyelids, amd parts of my back. If anyone suffers with the same symptoms as me I would highly appreciate any ideas of how to calm it down. thanks

I am 22 years old, and suffered psoriasis for about 10years on my elbows. i have tried variour creams that have not worked. at christmas, i contracted guttate psoriasis which covered my whole body from just below my chest.
i found that putting alot of steroid cream (i know you have to use is sparingly) at night and wearing tightish pj's and socks helped to moisten my skin. i also found that a soap alternative from local chemist for only approx 3pound.im really sorry i dont know the name but any pharmasist will knoe what it is called. this helped keep my skin from getting dry, itchy and flakey.

i also useed betnovaite cream which was very helpful. but i dod find my skin got used to it and found that alternating my creams helped to keep the red flakey rashes at bay.

the last senario which i did have was UV treatment. i found this very helpful as well as my creams as it stopped in from appearing inbetween

i am 22 and i have had psoriasis all my life but in the last year it has got worse i have been to my doctor but all the treatments i have been given do not work. it is effecting me mentally too now as it is all over my face, i wont go out with my mates due to embarressment. i also try and hie it at my work but it is getting hard to deal with all the people staring at me becase of it.

A few months ago, i was complaining to my gp of a irritating rash. they said it was a mild form of psoriasis. i thought that it was horrible and i was condemned with it for the rest of my life. and because i had never heard of it before i thought i was alone. i never knew how many people it affects. and thanks to your video its enlightend me. Thanks =D
