I have black(not brown or red) spots on my scrotum and skin around penis shaft. Also there seem to be appearing some more of them.They are getting larger,but there is no any pain,swelling or bleeding. I'm afraid that this a kind of cancer,due to masturbation.Do you have any idea about what this condition is of?
Heya, about a week and a half ago i noticed a spot on the shaft on my penis. It was similar to the spots you get on the face that have a WHITE head filled with pus except it feels hard when i squeeze it and looks like it has a red head.

Hi, I have just noticed on the inside or the tip of my penis there is something that looks like a skin tag or growth. Im concerned as is on the inside and is in a strange place. I only found it due to my partner cutting me somehow in there and I was bleeding. What could this be? And if just a growth or tag could it be removed easily?
I have small white spots at the base of my penis and they itch been to the doctors but he did not say what it was gave me tablets and a cleaning medicine but I find this burns when I use it my wife also had to use the cleaning liquid too. can you tell me what this is and is it infectious
Hi, i've had white spots on my penis since puberty. I have not had sex so theres no chance of an STD, they cover my scrotum and trunk of penis, they are about 0.5mm in width but some have grown larger. They feel like hard bumps under the skin. Any advice to get rid of them or help lose visabilty without consulting a docter would be very helpfull and appreciated. Thanks.
They sound like ingrowing hairs. My boyfriend gets little white lumps on the shaft of his penis ALL THE TIME, and sometimes on his scrotum. He's had them since he was young as well, so they can't be an infection. Just leave them or pop them, but bear in mind the pus is.. chunky.
There is literally no way to treat it effectively without going to see a doctor, and if you're having sex you could be endangering your partners. Suck it up and be a man, and go to a GUM clinic.
Heya, i seem to have small, almost freckle like spots on the head of my penis. They're not lumpy or irritating but really do abuse my sexual confidence. Is there anyway that i could get this removed, and does it mean anything more than a freckle?
