i have a verruca i am 16 years old i started to use salactol a week ago the first few days it didnt hurt but now its so sore i cant walk its raised and there is like a blister under it and its very sore and like a water yellow liquid thing is coming out help me asap please
Yes the blistering is normal. Usually tratments like this are made to cause blistering so that your white blood cells go to the place of damage. The aim is to get the white blood cells to realise the 'alien' object. (That being the verruca) This would then kick your immune system into getting rid of the 'alien' object. The treatment doesnt get rid of the verrucas itself, but causes damage to kick start your immune system.
Hi. I have got four verucca two on each foot plus three on my toes I have tried everything doctors all the medication but nothing works it hurts wen I walk, can't go swimming I don't go front of anyone bare foot it is so embarrassing please can u help me?
I have a 'water' wart on the bridge and end of my nose - they have been there for years. I saw a GP who told me that removal of the watrs would leave scarring. As I am getting older the warts are making me feel more self conscious. Any advise to rid these things and stop people starring at me???
You could have the treatment and just cover the scarring up with a little light make up. That's what I would do. Warts are such pesky things :(
Hi, Id love some help! I have a cluster of 9 warts on the sole of my foot. Its extremely embarrassing for me. In fact its destroyed my social life. I cant go to the pools with my friends. They have been on my feet for 7years now. Ive gone to the docters around 16 times and tried a huge range of treatments, and nothing has worked. Id love some help so I can have my social life back.
I'm 15, I've probably been shaving for about 2 years but sometimes I get these little red spots on my vagina always after I shave it becomes itchy and annoying, it also doesn't look like it's properly shaved, I've also never had sex, or oral sex, Please help I don't know what this is!
Don't panic! They sound like ingrown hairs. Basically when you shave, the hair can start to grow back under the skin! This then will look a bit like a spot as the hair is trapped underneath. You can remove the hair usually with tweezers but be careful! You can buy products to use before and after shaving to help although it may be worth trying another method of hair removal which actually removes the hairs eg waxing. Although ingrown hairs can occur after any hair removal. It is worth seeing the doctor if it is a recurring problem but don't be embarrassed as it's really common and they will see it all the time! They can heal on their own but they can become infected sometimes so if it becomes really sore or swollen or seems to be full of puss then you should visit the doctor to be safe. Hope this helps! It is totally normal to get ingrown hairs so don't panic about them or be embarrassed!
It's normal. It's a shaving rash. spots form with this aswell.

I have 'plain' warts on my body especially under breast, on side of upper body, and top of my back, for years now, been told that one gets them as one gets older or could be hereditary? I have had one on my side frozen by doctor but has come back, they are of different sizes, how can I get rid of it, especially ones are under breast which tends to smell though I bathe regularly, what can remove them completely?
I have 9 verruca's in on spot on my bug toe and 2 further up and again further down do u know wot I should do to get rid off them
if you are embaressed about you warts or verrucers cover them up with a plaster and if someone asked what you have done to your hand, finger or foot say you have cut it. its brilliant and works my best friend had a go and she never got embaressed about her wart again
